Welcome. My name is Larushka.
I work with people who often look like they’re managing perfectly well — but privately feel anxious, stuck or exhausted beneath the surface.
I’m a Cambridge graduate, certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) practitioner. My approach is structured, discreet and thoughtful.
Hypnotherapy can help with many issues, including anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, relentless overthinking and certain fears and phobias.
These sessions can help you feel clearer and more grounded — so you’re not just managing life, but able to enjoy it again.

I work with people who are functioning well on the outside, but feel internally anxious, unsettled, self-critical or stuck.

You don’t need to have a ‘big’ issue to begin. Often it’s simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, and a wish to feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a structured, integrative approach that draws on hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed techniques, regression work and cognitive reframing. Rather than focusing on short-term coping strategies, it aims to understand and gently shift the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel and experience life.
In sessions, we work together in a calm, focused state — you remain aware, in control, and able to speak at any time. This isn’t about losing control or being made to do anything; it’s about regaining a sense of control by listening to what your mind and body are already trying to communicate.
Rather than analysing everything for months or even years, RTT helps identify the root of an issue and carefully reframe it, so your nervous system can settle and new responses can emerge naturally.
After your session, you’ll receive a personalised recording to listen to daily for 28 days. Repetition is an important part of the process, helping to reinforce new neural pathways and support neuroplastic change. Over time, this helps the shifts we’ve begun to feel more stable, embodied and integrated into your natural responses.
